Five-star, on the phone.
Five-star, in the room.
A dedicated, industry-trained reception team takes your clinic’s calls, bookings and inbox, so your in-clinic staff can stay fully present with the client in front of them, not stretched between the phone and the treatment room.
Now supporting clinics across Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom.
We know exactly how hard the front desk is right now.
Staff shortages, burnout and a genuine mental health crisis are hitting this industry harder than most. Add rising costs and a front desk that never stops ringing, and something has to give. Usually it’s the team.
We’ve worked the front desk ourselves, so this isn’t a guess at what you need. It’s built by people who’ve felt exactly this pressure, and want to take one real thing off your plate.
Every member of your team is trained specifically for veterinary reception, built on research into what veterinary clients actually need from that first call or email. Not a generic customer service script, and not a rotating call centre pool. Your clinic gets a dedicated team who get to know your staff, your systems and your clients over time.
It’s not just an answered phone. It’s a calmer clinic.
Here’s the flow-on effect once your reception is properly covered.
We handle the calls, bookings and inbox
Every client is met promptly and properly, whether they’re calling at 9am or emailing at 6pm.
Your in-clinic team isn’t stretched thin
Nobody’s running from a consult to grab the phone, or answering emails between appointments.
Every client gets full attention
On the phone and in the room. That’s what five-star actually feels like, and it’s what clients remember and refer.
A full front desk. Run properly.
A dedicated remote reception team, trained in the veterinary industry, working inside the systems you already use. Take all of it, or just the pieces your clinic actually needs.
Live call answering
Every inbound call handled promptly and in your clinic’s voice, not a script read off a call centre floor.
Bookings & rescheduling
Appointments booked, moved and confirmed directly in your practice management system.
Inbox management
Client emails answered and routed, so nothing sits unread in a shared inbox.
Outbound campaigns
Reminders, recalls and follow-ups sent on schedule, not whenever someone finds ten spare minutes.
Clean clinical handoff
Seamless integration with your clinical triage protocols.
Your systems, not ours
We work inside the PMS and phone system your clinic already runs. No platform migration required.
None of this is one-size-fits-all.
Every clinic’s mix looks different. Some want the whole front desk handled. Others just need help with overflow during peak hours, inbound calls only, or purely outbound campaigns like reminders and recalls. Your quote is scoped to your actual call volume and task load, not a fixed package.
Full front desk
Calls, bookings, inbox and outbound, fully managed.
Overflow only
We pick up what your team can’t get to.
Inbound only
Live call answering, nothing else.
Outbound only
Reminders, recalls and follow-up campaigns.
Custom mix
Any combination, scoped to your clinic.
Full administration support
Beyond reception, complete back-office and admin support for your clinic.
What you save, beyond the obvious.
Hiring an in-house receptionist costs more than the salary line. Recruitment, onboarding, leave, superannuation, sick days and turnover all add up long before you count a single call answered.
A managed reception retainer replaces all of that with one predictable monthly cost, and it flexes with you as call volume changes, without a single recruitment ad.
From first call to live coverage.
Four steps, no long onboarding drag.
Discovery call
Tell us about your clinic, your call volume, your hours and where things are actually falling through the cracks.
Custom quote
We scope pricing around your specific coverage needs, not a generic package that half fits.
Onboarding
We learn your PMS, your protocols and your clinic’s tone before we ever take a live call.
Live coverage
Your desk is covered, with reporting so you always know what’s actually happening.
What every clinic can expect from us.
Good to know before you enquire.
How do you handle clinical questions or emergencies?
Anything clinical is routed straight to your vet team or your existing teletriage provider. Beyond basic triage to confirm appointment type or flag a possible emergency, all clinical assessment is referred through your preferred escalation pathway. We stay in our lane, and always within what your country’s regulations permit non-clinical reception staff to do.
Will the same team answer our calls each time?
Yes. Your clinic is supported by a dedicated team assigned to you, not a rotating pool. That familiarity is part of why clients feel the difference.
Do you replace our reception staff, or work alongside them?
Either. Some clinics hand us the whole front desk. Others use us for overflow, lunch breaks and after-hours coverage while keeping their in-house team for the rest. We scope it to what you actually need.
What if we already work with a teletriage provider?
We handle client-service and admin, your existing teletriage provider keeps handling clinical triage exactly as they do now. We coordinate the handoff between the two, so nothing gets dropped in the middle.
What software do you work with?
We work inside your existing practice management system and phone platform. There’s no need to migrate to new software just to work with us.
How is pricing worked out?
There’s no flat-rate package. Pricing is scoped around your call volume, the hours of coverage you need, and any additional admin work like inbox management or outbound campaigns. You’ll get a quote built around your clinic, not a generic tier.
Which countries do you cover?
Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom, for now.
